"Lousy Customer Service and Withdrawal Issues"
I attempted to withdraw my Solana, but it hasn’t shown up in my wallet yet. The customer support team hasn’t replied to my ticket, and they seem pretty unresponsive overall. Honestly, there are way better options out there than this platform. I’d suggest checking out other crypto exchanges. Edit: They finally sent the Solana, but it took ages to reach my wallet. Still waiting on customer service to explain why the transaction was delayed.

"Confused About Delays with XRP Transfers..."
I’m puzzled by the delays in getting XRP off Oobit, especially since it usually takes just a few minutes to send it there. Plus, I’ve run into paystring problems that weren’t an issue before when moving to a cold wallet. Tech support was solid at first, but this time I had to wait longer for help. Maybe they’re swamped? This situation has made me feel a bit uneasy and not too sure about the app’s security and dependability for bigger transactions.

"Absolutely Adore It"
Absolutely adore it! A buddy of mine in Germany was in need of cash, and we were trying to avoid those pesky transfer fees. I sent him funds to his phone number, and he received it in just a few seconds.

This really simplified my journey into crypto investing. I suppose I can call myself a crypto investor now ;)
